The number of employees has increased by 10 in the last one year and we aim to be a company with 90 employees in three years.

You will be responsible for system development related to AI and data utilization including secure data collection and management AI model management and analysis and other AIOpsrelated systems. These systems aim to streamline operations by utilizing data from industries such as manufacturing (factories) logistics (warehouses) and retail. Understanding the business of client companies and designing and developing systems that minimize changes to operations while keeping maintenance and operating costs within acceptable business limits is crucial. Some systems will be developed as our products so you will be responsible for designing and developing architectures that achieve both individual optimization and overall optimization.

Responsibilities

• Investigating implementing and verifying existing algorithms that contribute to solving client company challenges
• Tuning existing models and algorithms to address client company challenges
• Creating tuning selecting and implementing models and algorithms related to AI and data utilization systems
• Reviewing designs to reduce the weight of models and algorithms and minimize operating costs

• Experience in backend programming with Python or similar languages (at least 6 months of professional experience)
• Interest or understanding in mathematics statistics etc.
• Experience investigating selecting and implementing algorithms to suit practical needs
• Native or businesslevel proficiency in Japanese

• Experience defining requirements and external designs for backend systems using AI and ML
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning using Python
• Experience using libraries such as NumPy SciPy pandas scikitlearn TensorFlow Keras and PyTorch
• Data analysis using regression classification or clustering methods
• Data analysis using hypothesis testing regression analysis Bayesian statistics etc.
• Use of data analysis software/statistical analysis software
• Tasks such as data cleaning visualization analysis/modeling
• Utilization of big data and distributed processing technologies (Hadooprelated technologies Spark etc.)
