Currently we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our esteemed company.

As a Sales Manager at Macar Foods you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will develop strategic sales plans and foster relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a forwardthinking company in the plantbased food industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential customers distributors and retail partners.

Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.

Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product development and operations teams to optimize sales efforts and support product launches.

Stay informed about industry developments regulatory requirements and consumer preferences to anticipate market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Represent Macar Foods at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management

Experience in the Mediterranean food industry is needed.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a customercentric approach and a resultsoriented mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel as needed.
