KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking a Brand Manager responsible for developing and deploying marketing plans aligned with Business Strategy. Also responsible for brand building driving awareness of key product categories on growth relevant communication and innovation related to the target customers and focused market.

Location: Hanoi Vietnam

Functions

  1. Understand market dynamics competition consumer/contractor/architect/customer insights through researchcompetitive trends trade visits.
  2. Understand media landscape and trends to maximize investment and effectiveness
  3. Brand positioning vs. competitors.
  4. Define media channel mix and affordable price positioning to extend brand awareness in potential markets/categories.
  5. Market understanding and explore opportunities for building brand leadership within assigned categories.
  6. Align with other business functions to ensure timely and effective launches.
  7. Manage abovetheline marketing budget effectively.
  8. Work with headquarters and relevant agencies for developing and implementing communication plans within approvedbudgets.
  9. Integrate brand positioning across all elements of the marketing mix for both ATL and BTL.
  10. Manage and develop brand team for great team spirit and environment.
  11. Leverage employee skills for high efficiency.
  12. Provide training and coaching for team members.


Requirements

  1. University degree major in Marketing Business Administration or Foreign Trade.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Field and 1 year of experience at a management level with a scale of 12 team members.
  3. Category: FMCG Electronic Appliances Construction Materials.
  4. Intermediate English.
  5. Effective negotiation skills and selling skills.
  6. Good communication and organizational skills.
  7. Presentation skills planning analyzing communicating creating and implementing.
  8. Cross Functional Appreciation.
  9. Good understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.
