Our Client is a leading Provider of multifaced logistics and transportation solutions.

Job Summary
Overall management responsibility for Sales Customer Service Operations Finance and administration of the Territory assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select direct train develop discipline and evaluate staff.
  • Develop sales strategies monitor sales activities and liaise with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance of CSR/s and Couriers staff to ensure that proper procedures are followed in meeting objectives maintaining high service standards and projecting the desired company s image.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications with company staff and clients to ensure a well coordinated service at all times.
  • Lead and promote a spirit of harmonious interrelationships between customers and members of staff as well as sustain positive staff morale.
Corporate Development
  • Represent the Company in external meetings where necessary
  • Work with colleagues in developing the company s business potentials through collaboration and synergy.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed/commensurate with the position.



Requirements

  • B. Sc./HND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Any postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years post qualification experience in similar position.
  • Committed to delivering highquality service for customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all actions and decisions.
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues and external partners to achieve results.
  • Brings creativity to problemsolving and translates ideas into actionable plans.
  • Operates with awareness of social impact and ethical considerations.
  • Sets and achieves goals adapts to change and maintains strong work ethic.
