ICT Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to join a worldknown brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human capital overseeing project operations ensuring successful project completion within time and budgetary constraints and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ICT Operations Manager will also be responsible for cost and profit centers work in progress monitoring and ensuring efficient operations that adhere to quality control standards.

Duties:
Manage human capital to ensure efficient and effective project operations
Oversee project operations to ensure successful project completion within time and budgetary constraints
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations
Take responsibility for cost and profit centers ensuring that projects are completed within budget
Monitor work in progress to ensure that projects are on track and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner
Ensure that all operations adhere to quality control standards

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in project management in the telecommunications industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
