Job Title: GIS Analyst (Hybrid)

Additional Information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

• Availability to work at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required).
• 5 years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise.
• 5 years of experience with ArcGIS Portal management.
• 8 years of experience with ArcGIS Online.
• Experience with SQL Server & Geodatabase management.
• 5 years of experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions.
• Experience with developing and maintaining documentation including metadata.
• 5 years of experience with developing Cloud solutions or webbased ArcGIS APIs (ESRI JavaScript API ArcGIS REST API Portal API etc.).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with the GIS System of Engagement (SoE) in the development and deployment of solutions aimed at the integration of systems to ensure optimal resource utilization and a connected experience for all users of the Client.
• Assist with the AASHTOWare systems in the maintenance and upgrading of the product.
• Support the Application Services Team with activities that explore and optimize existing processes applications legacy systems databases web interfaces and/or hardware to meet new and emerging enterprise requirements in support of current and future business needs.
• Gather business requirements develop deliverables and perform database and data analysis to facilitate effective sharing of information and adoption of core and new technology.
• Provide technical GIS support to FDOT Central Office and Districts in the use of GIS web map services and ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal & ArcGIS Server).
• Provide technical support related to ArcGIS Online ArcMap ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Portal AASHTOWare and Server extensions and addons.
• Support Central Office and Districts in the design and implementation of ArcGIS ESRI WebApps and AASHTOWare projects.
