Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for completion of day to day work and process flows as per workflow and target.
Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing.
Resolution of queries of the team members related to the medical terminology on a day to day basis and provide subject matter expertise as and when required.
Execute drug safety data management processes case entry medical coding and case followup.
Seriousness determination and Causality assessment.
Review case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processing.
Coding of Suspect and Concomitant drugs using Company and DRUG dictionaries.
Other responsibilities include generating followup questions.
