- Implementing and maintaining voice and collaboration systems
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Administration of Mobile device(s) and associated contracts/vendors
- M365 Application Integrations
- Providing end-user support for associated technologies within the scope of the position
- Collaborating with vendors and other IT team members
- Management of the monthly costs associated with the service providers and/or carriers at a Divisional level
- Administration and deployment of Divisional UCaaS solution
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
- Participate in various internal business and technology councils and other groups
- ASSA ABLOY is a global company; travel is required, mostly in North America, also to some extent in Central and South America
