About the role

Were on the lookout for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer ideally with a proven track record of leading teams in NLP Computer Vision Large Language Models (LLM) General AI Deep Learning and Neural Networks. We need someone whos deeply passionate about advancing the frontiers of machine learning and artificial intelligence. This role plays a critical part in propelling our ML projects ahead utilizing cuttingedge methodologies to craft groundbreaking solutions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/ME/IT

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers providing guidance mentorship and technical expertise.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for NLP CV LLM Gen AI Deep Learning and Neural Networks applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions.
• Design and optimize models for performance scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment of ML models into production environments ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and MLOPS for managing ML workflows.
• Work with both CPU and GPU architectures for efficient computation.
• Employ optimization techniques to enhance model performance and speed.
• Demonstrate expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and proficiently handle databases.
• Develop RESTful APIs using FASTAPI for model deployment and integration.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Extensive experience with Docker and MLOPS practices.
• Experience in leading the team.
• Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP as well as onpremises environments.
• Strong understanding of CPU and GPU architectures.
• Previous experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with optimization techniques for ML models.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and proficient database management skills.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs with FASTAPI.
• Knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Neural Networks (NN) for deep learning applications.

Bonus points for:

• Experience working with big data platforms (Spark Hadoop etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
