Experience in Same/Similar industry with knowledge on garage Equipment
Market Knowledge and Product knowledge for diagnostics
Customer handling & market Handling
Hands on working experience related the Hydraulics pneumatics & electricals equipment
Good nonverbal communication.
Should be able to deal with stress.
Should be open to working overtime at times when chasing for service by solving the problems.
Should be open to moving to different cities and towns to work. Not focused only on his/her hometown
Should be eager to work with his/her hands. The job involves a lot of practical demonstrations and that means physical work.
A salesperson s job involves a lot of travelling and the candidate should have his/her own Twowheeler and be open to travelling
