Superintendent

Job Description:

As a Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of various construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards. Your role will involve managing subcontractors coordinating with internal teams and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall project schedule budget and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Oversee daytoday operations on the construction site
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction best practices and regulations

Desired Experience:

• Maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with roofing restoration siding and maintenance projects
