Verint WFM and Five9 Administrator

Background: Our Verint WFM is hosted and supported by Five9. We setup Verint WFM with them 5 years ago and since then have not made any major changes. For the last while we have seen multiple issues using Verint WFM and with the data it s generating. Five9 and Verint have advised that we should do a reimplementation of Verint WFM so that is configured correctly and following best practices discovered since the initial implementation 5 years ago. We are in the process of starting this reimplementation soon with Verint and Five9. We expect it to take a few weeks or months to complete.

Request:

We are looking for someone that has a strong technical and analytical background related to Verint WFM that can act as a technical SME to support with the reimplementation and technical documentation of the process and then be an ongoing technical SME. This could be 2040 hours to start and may require 20 hours a week post implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience with implementing Verint WFM and good understanding of WFM functions so that they can easily communicate between both technical and business partners during the process.
