Job Description

  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract new projects and clients and penetrate new markets.

  • Identify qualify and nurture new business opportunities through established business relationships and channel partnerships.

  • Execute prospecting activities aligned with the company s business plans and objectives.

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and highprofile prospects to foster longterm partnerships.

  • Ensure the company CRM tool is updated and maintained with all pertinent details related to prospecting activities.

  • Take the lead in initiating managing and retaining relationships with clients

  • Manage assigned territory effectively striving to achieve sales targets consistently

  • Establish and nurture professional networks to facilitate business growth and development

  • Drive the pursuit and closure of significant deals to meet or surpass sales targets

  • Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to secure beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.

  • Qualify prospects and new sales leads to optimize sales pipeline efficiency.

  • Identify and assess business strengths and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.



Requirements

  • Experience Length: 5 years in a sales or business development environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools facilitating efficient management of client interactions and sales processes.

  • A deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales in the Edtech Industry and its competitive landscape is considered a plus.

  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented approach with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

  • Proficiency in networking demonstrating the ability to connect with and build relationships with Csuite executives.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills enabling the confident presentation and persuasion of CEOs regarding the value of your solutions.

  • Strategic thinking capabilities facilitating the development and execution of effective sales plans.

  • A datadriven approach to sales capable of tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.



Familiarity or Working knowledge in at least one programming language such as Python and its associated libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnis required. Familiarity or Working knowledge of backend development principles, frameworks and technologies is essential. This includes experience with server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js and frameworks such as Flask or Django, as well as proficiency in working with databases and RESTful APIs. Familiarity or Understanding of fundamental AI concepts and techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, neural networks and architectures, data modeling, computer vision, and NLP (Natural Language Processing). Familiarity with Data Manipulation and Analysis: Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, applicants should have basic knowledge of large datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering and data visualization using visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, e.t.c.
