Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to the overall strategic planning and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the companys customer base and achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends market demands and competitor activities.
  • Participate in the development of pricing and service strategies to maximize profits and market share.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of annual business plans and budgets.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team.
  • Report on key performance indicators and business development metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proactive and resultoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Professional certification in Sales or Business Development is a plus.
