Job Description:

Recruitment and management of Leaders Identify recruit and manage Leaders from the respective location.
Train and motivate Leaders to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review Leaders performance.
Help them achieve maximum business.
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Leaders Recruitment
Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation Suggestions Lead Generation and Advice.
