In the time it would take you to record one video we can generate thousands of hyperpersonalized videos for each viewer. Were seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments is adept at prioritizing tasks independently and embraces calculated risks. Were on a fastpaced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey were looking for trailblazers.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the presales process from cold calling to prospecting and first calls.
  • You identify potential B2B customers in the SaaS sector in Europe.
  • You are familiar with best practices in sales develop new sales strategies and thereby increase our sales success.
  • You find new distribution channels and partnership opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • You conduct research and find new exciting opportunities to advance our business.
  • You monitor the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
  • You define and monitor our KPIs to measure our successes.

Requirements

  • You are a friendly openminded and communicative personality and a loyal team player.
  • You have several years of experience in sales preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • You possess the ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • You bring selfmotivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You have experience in datadriven work and using KPIs for performance measurement.
  • You speak fluent English and German

Please note that this position is preferably hybrid in Munich/Germany and we offer relocation. However we are open to remote candidates as well.
