Your mission:

• Active support for the German team in online recruitment processes onboarding and offboarding
• Communication with managers employees and external partners
• Active talent acquisition talent management multichannel recruitment and conducting qualified facetoface interviews
• Modern talent acquisition and active sourcing ensuring positive candidate experiences
• Implementation and further development of HR processes and tools
• Close cooperation with our external payroll department
• Exploration of new platforms and new recruitment methods.

What you should bring:

• Completed studies or experience in human resources management business administration or similar
• Good command of English language (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in HR processes and tools
• Openness in communication with managers employees and external partners from Germany
• Conscientiousness and meticulousness in active recruitment of new employees at various levels
• Knowledge of the German language will be an additional asset.
