Job Description & Role:
Responsibilities
  • Achieve the set sales target and gross margin.
  • Increase the company customer base in the security area
  • Increasing adoptions of security services
  • Ensure gross margin and profit is met by negotiating with customers and avoiding penalties.
  • Work with other departments to make sure projects delivered are as per customer expectations.
  • Ensure customers continue renewing the contracts ahead of time and avoid any terminations.
  • Support business development by analyzing customer requirements and transformation strategy with best solutions in reference to the company existing products and services.
  • Maintaining the relationship with the company clients.
  • Put plan for customer visits and maintain constant follow up
  • Put account mapping and account planning for each client.
  • Building healthy and strong pipeline.
  • Weekly sales update to management.
  • Looking after any issues/challenges that customers are facing.
  • Ensuring invoicing and collection on time.
  • Make sure to do upselling opportunities into the existing accounts.
  • Support management by building business plans for high profile clients.
  • Implement sales daily activities develop sales action plans and generate leads/opportunities.
  • Make sure to propose the right solutions.
  • Make sure all projects have the right costing sheet.
  • Update regularly the pipeline proposals and prospects.
  • Make sure all files are saved carefully in file cloud folder.
  • Distribute lessons learned to the other team members.
  • Comply with the company internal processes.
  • Encourage teamwork
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively

  • Minimum 4 years experience in IT sales

  • BSC in Business or Information System IT.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic.
