Responsibilities

• Develop and meticulously manage the project plan timeline and budget.
• Lead a crossfunctional team including internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
• Employ strong facilitation skills to conduct workshops gather comprehensive business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues implementing effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Establish clear and consistent communication channels providing regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
• Manage change requests with a meticulous approach ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buyin throughout the organization.
• Configure and thoroughly test the SAP S/4HANA system to align seamlessly with established business needs.
• Design and deliver user training programs to facilitate successful system adoption and maximize user productivity.
• Document project processes meticulously capturing valuable lessons learned to inform future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success leading and delivering complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (10 years of experience).
• Indepth understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionality best practices and its implementation methodology.
• Exceptional project management skills encompassing scope management scheduling budgeting and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire motivate and effectively manage a team in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions.
• Superior organizational and time management skills to maintain project focus and efficiency.
