Imaging Advanced Practice Provider Full Time
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington Vermont a member hospital of Dartmouth Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our imaging department. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. The position is fulltime salaried with no call night weekend or holiday responsibilities.
Requirements
- Pre and post procedural care
- Paracentesis thoracentesis catheter placement fluoroscopy and central lines
- History and physical exams
- Ordering of laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Obtaining consent and providing education to patients regarding plan of care
2 or more years of Advanced Practice procedural experience preferred although highly motivated new graduates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Successful completion of an approved NP or PA program
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Vermont
