As a Technical Support Agent your main role is to assist endusers by addressing their inquiries through various communication channels. Its crucial to maintain positive customer relationships by responding promptly and professionally to their questions and concerns. Additionally youll be responsible for entering data accurately and using software programs to streamline your tasks. This involves utilizing technology to enhance your efficiency in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Strives towards customer retention and loyalty fully supporting the customer to achieve a successful outcome to his/her enquiry
  • Logs calls from customers into the customer relationship database
  • Tracks and follows cases to ensure that they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provides and maintains strong professional relationships with all customers and shows empathy at all times
  • Follows Contact Centre procedures and ensures availability to take calls adopting handling procedures and AUX code guidelines
  • Works effectively as part of a team developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Provides feedback to his/her superior on new/emerging issues that have been identified and works to proactively highlight areas that need to be improved be positive and proactive and have a desire for positive improvement in quality
  • Takes on board feedback and adapts skills accordingly
  • Follows and applies TP regulations regarding Personal Data Confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Fluent in the requested language
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
