Join our client an earlystage Fintech SaaS startup (Seed $2M) on their mission to save hundreds of thousands of SMBs and SMEs from bankruptcies and unlock trillions of dollars in world GDP growth. They eliminate headaches with finance and planning and manage over $250 million for their clients. Thanks to their allinone financial solution their customers spend only 1 hour per week monitoring their KPIs on a dashboard and a dedicated CFO helps them to make all the decisions.

We are seeking a well organized and energetic Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for this organization. If you thrive in a fastpaced startup environment enjoy generating leads at conferences and tradeshows and have a passion for financial services we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of Fintech sales experience (full cycle from hunting to closing)
  • Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in generating leads at conferences events tradeshows
  • Ability to travel domestically 6080% of the time
  • Resultsdriven and proactive sales approach
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Selfstarter and works independently with a high degree of motivation
  • Thrives and stays well organized in a fastpaced and evolving startup environment
Preferred qualifications:
  • Sales background in Fintech SaaS APIs Analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of the Fintech and Financial Services industry
  • Book of business with Founders and CFOs


Benefits

  • Employment type: contracttohire
  • Base compensation: $70000 $80000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
  • OTE (ontarget earnings): $100000 $150000 per year (uncapped)
  • Uncapped commission paid monthly
  • Domestic travel and networking at 35 tradeshows conferences events per month
  • 3week PTO
  • Flexible remote work environment (when not traveling)

  • W2 employment with medical benefits upon reaching Series A funding (approximately 8 months)
Interviewing Process:

  • Stage 2 45min Mock sales presentation with the Founder/CEO (Sales skills assessment)
