Qualification & Experience: Essential:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration Desirable: MBA / MHRM / MSW / PGDHR.
2. A minimum of 3 5 years in endtoend recruitment process. Experience with a UNIVERSITY or an Educational Institutional set up is preferred.
3. Well versed in different hiring platforms Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and has good knowhow in operating Applicant Tracking system/RMS.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily recruitment planning
Working across the Clients to understand job and personality requirements for vacancies
To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Developing effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and potential candidates.
Developing job postings interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions of clients.
Evaluating/ Screening candidate qualifications and assessing their fit for the job.
Conduct interviews for various clients.
Negotiating salaries and other benefits with potential candidates.
Maintaining updated records of recruitment activities and progress.
Analyzing recruiting trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Adaptability to be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
