Job Title: City Head Real Estate Licensing

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as City Head for Real Estate Licensing. The City Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate licensing operations within the designated city or region. This role requires strong leadership skills deep industry knowledge and the ability to drive business growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic plans for real estate licensing operations in the designated city or region.

Set ambitious goals and objectives aligned with company targets and market opportunities.

Identify emerging trends market dynamics and competitive threats to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Team Leadership:

Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team of real estate licensing professionals.

Provide leadership guidance and support to team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Business Development:

Drive business growth and market expansion through proactive business development efforts.

Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients partnerships and licensing agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including real estate agencies developers and regulatory authorities.

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners in the designated city or region.

Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication proactive problemsolving and exceptional service delivery.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and industry standards governing real estate licensing operations.

Implement robust risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress towards business objectives.

Prepare regular reports and updates on licensing activities market trends and business performance.

Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Proven experience in real estate licensing business development or related roles with a track record of success in driving business growth.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and empower teams to achieve their full potential.

Deep knowledge of the local real estate market regulatory environment and industry trends.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make informed decisions.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
