As an IT Transformation Intern at Axpo Group IT you will play a vital role in supporting our ongoing IT transformation and upskilling initiative. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic and multicultural work environment.

What you will do:

• Collaborate & coordinate with the Group IT Upskilling Team in the preparation & execution of training programs
• Support in planning organising and execution of planning events (Quarterly Plannings) of the Group IT
• Assist in the execution of the IT transformation initiative to enhance operational efficiency and agility
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement
• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline processes and optimize performance
• Assist in documenting processes procedures and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What you bring & who you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for technology and innovation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with IT concepts tools and methodologies is preferred
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Fluency in German and English is a must
