Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR Head for Vietnam/HCMC overseeing all human resources functions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor requirements and regulations staying updated on any changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with the HCM factory head to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and Mandarin to support bilingual communication within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor laws regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
