Cards Application Development Management Developer

• Develop and maintain applications within the Cards domain ensuring high levels of performance availability and security.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and quality assurance professionals to deliver highquality solutions.
  
• Design code test and debug software applications using Mainframe COBOL CICS JCL and other relevant technologies.
  
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
  
• Ensure compliance with coding standards best practices and company policies.
  
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• 35 years of experience in application development within the Cards domain.
  
• Strong proficiency in Mainframe COBOL CICS and JCL is mandatory.
  
• Experience with Easytrieve is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of VSAM and Sequential Dataset concepts.
  
• Experience working on Mainframe ZOS operating system.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
