Job Responsibilities:

The Construction & Project Assistant provides administrative support to the company in all aspects of the business from construction to property development including

• General admin tasks
  
• Assist the project construction team with documentation preparation
  
• Taking defects enquiries from homeowners/occupants and coordinating the defect rectification process with owners and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
  
• Carry out marketing research and analysis based on different requests.
  

Requirements

• Must have Engineering or Architecture degree
  
• 3 years of AUSTRALIAN experience in the construction or property development industry nonnegotiable
  
• Experience in an administrative role virtual assistant or customer service representative experience related to Construction.
  
• Professional and respectful manner in attending calls emails and enquiries
  
• General understanding of the construction process and property maintenance
  
• Ability to read drawings
  
• Excellent written & verbal ENGLISH communication skills
  
• Strong research and analytical skills ability to handle issues with DEFECTS.
  
• Attention to details
  
• Good organizational and time management skills
  
• Computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  
• Highly motivated and strong work ethics
