Data Analyst Procurement - Edari

Experienced Talent Acquisition professional

We are looking to hire a Procurement Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and preparing procurement data for our client based in Doha Qatar which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Supplier Relationship Management & Procurement Performance Department and reports directly to the Vice President of Supplier Relationship Management & Procurement Performance.

We are looking for a Procurement Data Analyst who is passionate about analyzing and preparing procurement data. You should also have experience of enabling procurement performance monitoring consolidating qualitative feedback from teams and sharing the appropriate tools & reports with them and other stakeholders supporting supplier panel register maintenance functional requests for IT tools and preparing communication material data extracts and adhoc analyses upon request.

Key responsibilities:

• Extracting data from Coupa.
• Utilizing advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
• Data analysis and preparation using Power BI.
• Preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports against KPIs.
• 35 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Previous experience of analyzing procurement data.
• Experience of using Coupa.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel functions experience.
• Power BI data analysis and preparation experience.
• Experience of preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately upon accepting the offer. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in Qatar.
