Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Perform financial analysis forecasting and reporting to support organizational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets including regular variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Manage cash flow accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Participate in audits and internal control processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.

• Stay updated with financial best practices and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively.
• Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
