- Manage and provides consultation and support to improvement teams, functions, and departments related to transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Spearhead procurement on performance improvement and transformation project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements.
- Maintain a two-way line of communication with the core functions to ensure continuous performance improvement is monitored and continuously updated.
- Provide benchmarking capabilities specifically designated for the service functions under the procurement.
