Position Overview:

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Define and communicate the companys vision and mission.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the companys objectives and industry trends.

• Make critical decisions to advance the companys global position in the algorithmic trading sector.

2. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daytoday operations including research software development testing and deployment of trading bots.

• Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and security in algorithmic trading systems.

• Monitor industry trends and adapt development strategies accordingly.

3. Financial Management:

• Manage the companys financial health including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.

• Optimize revenue streams and manage costs effectively.

• Foster strong relationships with financial partners and investors.

4. Team Leadership:

• Recruit develop and manage a highperforming team of developers data scientists and analysts.

• Provide guidance mentorship and leadership to inspire innovation and creativity.

• Promote a culture of technical excellence accountability and collaboration.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed of industry regulations and ensure the companys compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.

• Implement and update compliance policies and procedures as required.

6. Client Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their trading bot needs are met.

• Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

• Identify opportunities for expanding the client base and market share.

7. Market Analysis and Innovation:

• Stay uptodate with market trends technological advancements and competitive forces.

• Identify opportunities for innovation in algorithmic trading strategies and technology.

• Drive research and development initiatives to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful leadership in the algorithmic trading or financial technology sector ideally in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic trading financial markets and related regulations.
• Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance best practices.
• Strong teambuilding and leadership capabilities.
• A bachelors degree in computer science finance business or a related field (an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
