Join our client specialising in supported living as a Business Development Manager. In this role you will be instrumental in driving growth for our specialist services across London and the South of England. Working closely with senior management you will shape our commercial future by expanding their Complex Care services and managing the referral pipeline while fostering client relationships.

In the fastpaced realm of Health & Social Care challenges can arise unexpectedly. Its crucial that applicants for this role can maintain professionalism and composure during highpressure situations while providing support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager your duties will include:

  • Spearheading the bidding process for referrals and care packages.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from attracting prospects to onboarding clients and liaising with operations teams.
  • Cultivating and sustaining longterm client relationships.
  • Identifying optimal complex care clients and analysing market trends.
  • Developing a profound understanding of clients needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhancing market presence through various channels including internal databases advertisements referrals and social media.
  • Working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Utilizing diverse sales techniques to secure deals and improve customer relations.
  • Collaborating with senior management to leverage business intelligence for growth opportunities.
  • Upholding and promoting brand integrity with clients.
  • Driving Key Client/Customer Accounts initiatives.



Requirements

  • Experience in liaising with clients on topics such as the Transforming Care Agenda and Complex Care packages.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • A targetdriven and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the supported living/care sector and current market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
