Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AdOps Specialist with a proven track record of managing complex digital advertising campaigns and providing strategic guidance to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ad operations, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

2. Develop and execute ad trafficking strategies, including ad creative management, tagging, and tracking setup.

3. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

4. Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders based on campaign objectives and KPIs.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and attribution.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ad operations and digital advertising.

8. Mentor and train junior members of the AdOps team, providing guidance and support as needed.

9. Manage relationships with ad networks, publishers, and technology partners to drive campaign success.

10. Ensure compliance with ad policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad operations or digital advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.

3. Proven expertise in ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), AdRoll, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), or similar.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

5. Advanced technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ad serving technologies.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Leadership experience with a track record of driving results and mentoring team members.

8. Experience with programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and audience targeting strategies.

9. Certification in Google Ad Manager or other ad serving platforms is highly desirable.

10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
