Data and Backend Engineer Hybrid

We are on a steep growth curve and are expanding our team to include a Data Science & Fullstack Engineer role. This role blends data analytics and backend development to drive our digitalfirst solutions in housing. Youll play a crucial role in leveraging data insights and enhancing our platforms functionality contributing to global operations and innovation.

Tasks

• Design and implement robust ELT & ETL processes to ensure high data quality and efficiency enabling seamless data integration and analysis.
• Develop and optimize data models within Snowflake leveraging Python and Tableau to derive actionable insights that drive informed decisionmaking.
• Build and maintain scalable eventdriven data flows between thirdparty systems.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate AWS cloud services seamlessly enhancing data processing and storage capabilities for improved operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on the development of IaC via Terraform for new AWS deployments.
• Drive operational excellence by delivering solutions in process automation and thirdparty integrations enhancing tenant experiences and streamlining internal operations.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Engineering Computer Science or similar.
• Possess 23 years of handson experience in web development with a strong understanding of data science principles.
• Demonstrate expertise in ETL processes Snowflake Python Tableau and AWS showcasing your ability to leverage diverse technologies for effective solutions.
• Experience in backend development especially with Python and NodeJs.
• Exhibit a proven track record of delivering clean efficient and welldocumented code reflecting your dedication to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Possess excellent problemsolving skills coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities essential for navigating complex technical challenges and working effectively within teams.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for clean efficient code and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and improvement ensuring your skills remain relevant and cuttingedge in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
