Job Description
7 to 8 years of experience in working in Corporate Relations for a reputed Business School.
Key Responsibilities
Having Relationships with HR Heads / Talent Acquisition Heads / Recruitment Heads / Campus Placement Heads in leading Indian companies Multinationals.
Having extensive Relationships with Networks like NHRD NASSCOM CIIN etc.
Create a healthy pipeline of companies and meet them everyday to build relationships and gather hiring opportunities and continuously attract companies for Campus Placements.
Ability to attract new companies to Campus.
Achieve Placement and Average Salary targets mutually set. Benchmark the College placements with other reputed BSchools
Ability to counsel students to get them placed with the right job fitment which meets their aspirational needs and company requirements.
Willing to Travel
Pleasing personality and Excellent interpersonal communication public speaking and written communication skills presentation skills listening and analytical skills
Ability to build quality relationships with the partners
Should be assertive convincing and high on initiation in his approach to identify the potential Companies in the region.
Must be a flexible outcome focused individual possessing a gogetter attitude
Should have zeal to upgrade his/her knowledge regularly to keep abreast of the latest happenings in the industry
