About the Role Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR Team. This role will Support and assist the team in design, development and implementation of Talent Management process and technical systems across board. Provide advice and guidance to the Line Mangers on Talent Management systems and process. Provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative and analytical support to the team. Key Responsibilities: • Aid in design, development and implementation of the policy, process and procedures of Talent Management to meet agreed departmental targets and objectives. • Work closely with IT to provide requirements for development of performance management and talent management process on the IT system, measure achievement against objective. • Implement meetings with Line Managers to provide guidance on Performance Evaluation to meet overall job requirements, communicating objectives and stages of exercise, satisfactorily answering queries and gaining confidence and cooperation of the line managers • Follows up the company performance review cycle in accordance to the Employee Performance Management policy to drive consistent application across QR Group. • Communicate, collect and report KPIs values on regular basis as agreed by manager. • Provide an accurate analysis of the organization-wide competence gaps analysis information to be utilized by learning and development in pursuit of learning interventions and coaching to close competence gaps. • Provide inputs and recommendations to the team and relevant Subject Matter Experts in QR on the Talent management process in order to ensure compliance with best practice implementation and technological advancements
