Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing and WordPress Developer at SyncWorkstech you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at enhancing our online presence and driving engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- WordPress Development: Utilize your expertise to develop responsive and visually appealing WordPress websites and landing pages that effectively communicate our brand message and engage visitors.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media channels to increase brand awareness drive traffic and foster engagement. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence across various platforms.
- Graphic Design and Video Editing: Create compelling graphics and engaging video content using tools like Canva to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of our websites on search engines. Conduct keyword research optimize onpage content and analyze website performance to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create highquality content including blog posts articles and infographics that attract and engage our target audience. Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic social media metrics and other relevant KPIs to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in digital marketing and WordPress development.
- Proficiency in WordPress development including theme customization plugin integration and website optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
- Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in video editing using tools like Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for frontend web development.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush or Moz.
