This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (USA/Canada Market)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team focusing on the B2B SaaS sector across the USA and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales nurturing client relationships and effectively closing deals in a competitive SaaS environment. As an Account Executive you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets by developing strategic relationships with key business clients and leveraging your knowledge of the SaaS industry to meet their needs.

Requirements


  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and target the B2B market in the SaaS sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities lead generation and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships understanding client needs and offering solutions that add value.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients highlighting the features and benefits relevant to their business needs.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for different customer segments.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve product offerings and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the specific challenges and opportunities in the USA and Canada markets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
