This is a hybrid fulltime position based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily be customerobsessed and have a growth mindset.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and extract data pertaining to leads from both event and nonevent sources. Sort and extract data from event reports and registration lists.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all leads interactions and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and support during the sales process including (but not limited to) generating service agreements taking down meeting minutes and providing reports.
Office Maintenance: Oversee general office maintenance including ordering supplies coordinating repairs and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with different departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks such as managing office supplies scheduling meetings and supporting office operations as needed.
What skills and experience are required
Proficient in English Spoken/Written
Experience in Customer Service Customer Success
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Google Docs Sheets Slides and CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Prior experience in the Education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency financial services management consulting hospitality etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms will be advantageous
