Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing Solution Advisor

Contract 6 months

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing Solution Advisor you are responsible for designing building and deploying SAPbased cloud ERP solutions. You will lead the analysis and design in the SAP Production Planning (PP) area often in close cooperation with the clients Quality Management & Plant Maintenance Teams conduct structured testing internally and with users and ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. For that you need a good understanding of the business requirements of the organizations. This involves ensuring the customer has a cloud mindset follows fittostandard and drives organizational change management to achieve a true public cloud environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• The SAP Manufacturing Consultant will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP PP / QM modules which includes ensuring system functionality developing and implementing customizations and providing enduser support.
• Optionally taking responsibility in Plant Maintenance (PLM) & Advance Variant Configuration (AVC).
• Drive functional conversations and presentations with end user clients as an SAP SME for SAP PP/QM modules according to business requirements.
• Provide advisory guidance to SAP Clients leveraging industry best practices as recommended by SAP.
• Understanding of the technology layer and development practices for SAP S/4HANA.
• Influence key client stakeholders on their technology and operations strategy.
• Working with managing and motivating teams spanning multiple geographies cultures and organizations.
• Analyse and drive the resolution of crossfunctional issues.
• Develop internal best practices within your area of expertise.
• Support in building demo systems as suggested by SAP solution management team.

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

• Experience in several industries and the industry the customer belongs to (core processes and trends of the industry)
• Business and solutionoriented global mindset with good planning and analytical skills
• Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Strong writing presentation mentoring decision making communication and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and change.
• Exceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management clients peers and team members.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of SAP PP/QM module.
• Optionally experience in SAP PLM and/or AVC
• Working experience of SAP S/4HANA cloud.
• Certification in Manufacturing for SAP S/4HANA cloud and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
