What you will be doing:
  • Foster strong client relationships from start to finish serving as their goto person.
  • Navigate client accounts with ease smoothing out any bumps and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Swiftly handles escalations working closely with our tech team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of client satisfaction celebrating wins and tackling challenges headon.
  • Guide clients toward optimal solutions ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Empower clients with knowledge and opportunities sharing insights and sparking new possibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to evolve our services always aiming for better client experiences.

What you need:
  • Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in MSP roles like Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong technical proficiency especially in IT support cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team rapport.
  • Strategic thinker translating business needs into retention strategies.
  • Efficient time management and ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Resultsoriented focused on delivering value and meeting commitments.
  • Accountable for managing multiple projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Committed to our mission of making a positive impact in peoples lives.

  • Can be based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg
