• Manage stock control for consumables ensuring seamless operations.
  
• Perform daily room checks and therapist rostering.
  
• Handle cashing up duties with precision.
  
• Navigate the Schedule booking system with ease.
  
• Keep checklists updated reflecting operational excellence.
  
• Process and pack online orders coordinating with couriers.
  
• Maintain uptodate online stock levels.
  
• Fulfill inhouse orders for our exclusive Capri line.
  
• Must have experience as Aesthetician doing treatments like microneedling etc.

Essential Requirements:

• 2 3 years of experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist.
  
• Proven track record in a managerial role and people management.
  
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
  
• Qualifications in aesthetics (e.g. Masters Diploma in Aesthetician) non negotiable
  
• and either ITEC CIDESCO SAAHSP over and above the Aesthetics Diploma.
  
• A passion for healing and wellness.
  
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  
• Wellgroomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of treatment procedures and products.

• Must be based / Live in the Stellenbosch region.
  

Remuneration:

• A competitive salary range of R20000 R25000 commensurate with experience.
