Job Description
Our client (Johannesburg Boksburg) who operates within the Manufacturing industry is looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to join their team.
The main objective of this role is to oversee maintenance operations manage and optimize processes and implement systems and programs to deliver superior service to the production departments.
Requirements
National N Diploma (N5/T3) in mechanical or electro technical (heavy current) with 2 years experience with similar equipment.
Trade Test as an Artisan Mechanical/Electrical/Millwright with 5 years experience with similar equipment
Engineering Diploma or Graduate engineer (mechanical or electrical (heavy current)
Government Certification of Competency (Added advantage).
3 to 5 years post Engineering qualification experience in a supervisory/management position
Familiarization of the Corrugator and converting machines
Negotiation Skills
Planning Organizing and Management Skills
