Tasks

Joining us as the Accounting Team Lead you will:

  • lead an accounting team of 8 employees being responsible for its technical and disciplinary management.
  • refine our existing accounting processes establish new ones and support the implementation of our new ERP system.
  • be the key contact for our external partners including banks auditors tax consultants and internal audits ensuring smooth collaborations.
  • manage monthly and annual financial statements adhering to both HGB and USGAAP standards.

Requirements

  • You have extensive professional and management experience in the areas of finance and accounting.
  • You have knowledge of electronic workflowsupported approval processes and general ERP systems; you have very good MS Office skills.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
  • You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working as well as very good communication skills. You are a proactive team player.
