Job Description
COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED.PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR TRAVELER IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO BE VACCINATED. UPLOAD VACCINATION CARD/STATUS WITH PROFILE.
Facility will consider RRTs at 95 and CRTs at 85.
Facility will consider Local RRTs (reside within 50 miles of facility) at an 83 rate and CRTs at a 73 rate. Thank you!
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric (minimal peds but must be experienced)
NonBillable Orientation: 0hrs
OT: OT PAID AT FLAT HOURLY RATE
Holiday Callback:: 1.25%
Call: BR/hour
Charge: Not applicable for this need
Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years current RRT/CRT Required
- Travel experience Highly preferred
- Critical access hospital experience preferred
- Facility will consider RRTs at 95 and CRTs at 85
- Facility will consider local RRTs at an 83 rate CRTs at a 73 rate
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current VT license BLS ACLS NBRC PALS Facility will not pend certs. RRT/95 rate CRT/85 rate)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

- PALS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- NBRC
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Vermont
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
