Part Time Orthodontic Therapist

We are recruiting for an Orthodontic Therapist to join this friendly and professional team located in Swindon.

The Working Hours

• This permanent role is available on a parttime basis ideally for 2 to 3 days per week.
• Surgery space available: Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays (8:30am to 5:30pm)

The Role

• You will be working on behalf of the Orthodontist by prescription providing the best patient journey possible.
• Within this role you will be responsible for taking impressions inserting passive and removable orthodontic appliances inserting removable appliances activated or adjusted by an Orthodontist / Dentist removing fixed appliances orthodontic adhesives and cement.
• You will provide treatment and education of orthodontic hygiene and will appropriately advise and refer patients to Dentists for further investigation or treatment as is clinically identified and required.
• You will provide care under the NHS and on a private basis.

• You will be joining a large friendly team offering an experienced and efficient Practice Manager Practice Coordinator Dental and Orthodontic Nursing Team.
