We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will work for a global leader in the Insurance / Financial services sector and have the following responsibilities :
Do the scoping and manage technical projects (planning workload risks)
Design APIs and provide high level support during UAT to the team (support users during their tests) including defect management processes
Ensure defined process is respected (change defect management).
Deliver project documentation
Develop APIs on webMethods when needed
Review check the quality and test APIs provided by developers
Lead a small team (/ 5 persons)
Manage Applicative BAU Provide symptom check critical situation analysis recovery planning and implementation
Must Have:
Expertise in technical project management to implement APIs using a Middleware
REST and SOAP
Expertise on API gateways
Nice to Have:
Broadcom Layer 7 expertise
webMethods expertise
Java development
ELK expertise
NonTechnical Expertise:
Collaborating alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
Be required to collaborate in professional cross teams environments and at times collaborate autonomously;
Communicating clearly politely and respectfully in person by telephone and in writing
Explaining complex technical information simply
Bringing people into conversations to ensure the right people are involved
Knowing how to adapt to different people
Degree in a relevant area such as Computer Science or similar education;
Availability to collaborate out of regular working hours if occasionally required;
Nice to have: Agility
English environment (C1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Spanish: it s a plus
French: it s a plus

Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other countries
Hybrid working model 2 days per week onsite in the office (minimum) / 3 days per week remote
