Were looking for a driven and charismatic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Barcelona! At With us a leading global company in the hobby games industry youll have the exciting opportunity to develop and manage our B2B sales network in the Dutch market.

What youll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with potential and existing independent retailers.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and secure new partnerships.
  • Manage and grow your assigned customer base exceeding sales goals through effective account management.

Youre a perfect fit if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills.
  • A natural ability to build rapport negotiate and close deals.
  • A relentless drive to succeed and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to attract the best talent including:

  • A base salary of 35000 EUR per year 40600 EUR OTE
  • Uncapped commission structure offering the potential to significantly increase your earnings.
