Job Description: Marketing Manager (For Active Pooling) at Shepherd

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Manage all marketing activities including campaigns events digital marketing and PR.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure ROI.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing management.
• Experience in the pool industry is a plus.
